I always aim to think outside the box and improve every piece of equipment I work on. My approach goes beyond simple repairs. I strive to enhance performance and longevity wherever possible. For example, I modified a Neve console by installing ultra-low-noise fans and redesigning the channel chassis to improve airflow in the areas that needed it most. This reduced the console’s operating temperature by about 19°C, which in turn can extend the lifetime of its capacitors by up to four times, all while remaining virtually silent, even during continuous operation.
